The project emerges from the pre-existing podium that host the more complex research functions, which due to their character, require to happens underground. This volume is then sculpted and raised and becomes a "belvedere" on the opposite river, and establishes a relationship with the water through playing with reflections from multiple points of view. The volumes on the podium are instead suspended and seem to emerge from the topology of the site: an axial tree system. The three volumes of offices create from canyons and differentiated views of the surrounding landscape, the volumes and the facade are characterized by a strong horizontality which together with the topographic and orographic character, define the whole project.
